Dr. Daniel Cohen
In 1997, Dr. Cohen arrived in Virginia with a vision of personalized chiropractic care for infants, children, adults, and families of all ages- a vision that rapidly progressed into a decorated career.
Twice awarded Chiropractor Of The Year (2001 and 2004) in Virginia by the (then) Virginia Society Of Chiropractic, Dr. Cohen set policy with Trigon Blue Cross (now Anthem) as Insurance Relations Chair and taught Medicare compliance programs (merited for “truth and accuracy” by regional Medicare) throughout Virginia.
In addition to community work when hosting the acclaimed “Health… From a Different Perspective” on WGOV Channel 48 in Portsmouth and WNIS (790 AM) / WTAR (850 AM) talk radio in Hampton Roads, he has appeared on WAVY-TV, WTKR-TV, and as the local “Rock Doc” for many concert arenas in the Mid-Atlantic region. Dr. Cohen was subsequently featured in Today’s Chiropractic Magazine‘s “Adjusting The Stars”, and in 2020 became a member of the Board Of Directors at the Taylor Bend YMCA.
Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York, Dr. Cohen works regularly with medical physicians and therapists for co-care, has published research articles including peer-reviewed indexed medical journals and can testify as an expert witness for injury cases when applicable to insure the best possible outcomes for you and your family.
